Polytron Yemen for Trading & Agencies has been working in the Yemeni Market for 28 years. And from the first day, it puts the strategic main goal and it is continually striving to achieve it that is to become a global pioneer firm. We have started our business as a small company working in the field of maintenance, electrical appliances, home services, selling spare parts of various kinds of small home appliances, and house holding equipment.
By time passing, we gain a lot of experiences and we came to know and consider many things regarding to home appliances and their advantages and disadvantages. And we became familiar with all details regarding this very important field. This trust and confidence push our management in 1995 to start importing from around the World.
At the beginning of the 2nd Millennium, we began to produce our products on OEM basis. So, shortly we became a very famous firm in our country. Thus we spread our branches all over Yemen territory. And established our own brands: SM- ORIGINAL, SM- MARSHAL, GOLD- NATIONALITY, SM-ELECTRIC, ELEGANT,…… etc.
Present Situation, after the success that we achieved previously our management decided to meet the increased demands and requirements of our customers and provide them with all their needs of household appliances, electrical accessories,… etc., with affordable and reasonable prices from the best sources with high efficiency and quality. We have specialized technical research and development department. We have also sufficient experience to design and create new products to meet the requirements and needs of the market. And always we strive to become a pioneer firm in the market. As well as, we have another specialized department with expert staff to carry out the maintenance, warranty for goods, and after sell services.
Our main products, refrigerators, television sets, air- conditioners, cooking stoves, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, microwaves, ovens, blenders, electric appliances, and spare parts of all home appliances and accessories.
Our current suppliers and brand names, Polytron, Original Gaz, Al-Hamidi Sons, Marshal, Sm, and elegant. And we are looking forward to representing several international companies in our domain and they should be top ranking.
Our main branches, Sana’a Branch, Aden Branch, Taiz Branch, Hadramout Branch, Ibb Branch, and Hodeidah Branch. And we have many sub-agent all over the small cities that cover the remaining parts of our country.
Our Fleet, Polytron Yemen has more than 16 trucks and vans for delivery of the products to our customers and sub-agents everywhere. Considering the nature of the stock, inventory control is strictly monitored to ensure that adequate supplies are available and properly stored. All invoicing records are computerized, allowing immediate access in the event of a product recall. Customer’s transactions are strictly monitored and are easily tracked through the computerized system.
